Shaanxi Textile Standard Testing and Certification Co., Ltd
Shaanxi Textile Standard Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. is a third-party provincial-level inspection and testing institution authorized and certified by the Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. Established in 1958, it was formerly known as the Shaanxi Textile Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. In 1986, it passed the acceptance inspection conducted by the former Ministry of Textile Industry and became one of the 31 provincial-level testing institutions in China. In 1987, the Shaanxi Provincial Economic Commission officially recognized it as the textile product quality testing institution of Shaanxi Province. In 2019, with the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology Holding Group, it was officially renamed Shaanxi Textile Standard Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. Its business operations are managed by the Shaanxi Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, and it is the sole institution in Shaanxi Province to receive the "Technology Innovation Voucher" for the textile and apparel industry.
