On May 29th, a “Craftsmanship Unleashed • Exceptional Skills” skills competition focusing on practical operation skills and professional skill improvement was held vigorously at Xihe Company. This competition was hosted by the Union of Shaanxi Textile Science Institute, and organized by the Xihe Branch. It received great attention and strong support from the Group Union, the institute's leaders, and the Xi’he management team. Each technical, production, comprehensive, and logistics team also meticulously prepared, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the competition.

On the opening day of the competition, leaders such as Sun Lu, a member of the Group’s Party Committee and the Chairman of the Trade Union, Guo Yong, the Director of the Group’s Party Committee Office and the Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, Zhang Wenjuan, an office staff member of the Group’s Trade Union, Su Litiang, the Secretary of the Party Committee and the Chairman and General Manager of Shaanxi Textile Science Institute,Wang Yangjun, a Party Committee member and the Vice Chairman and General Manager of Shaanxi Textile Science Institute of the Institute; Ma Jianghong, the General Manager of Xihe Company, as well as the members of the judging panel, all gathered at the venue. The competition setup is closely aligned with actual production scenarios
This competition closely aligns with the actual production conditions of the workshop, and has set up three major projects: theoretical knowledge examination, composite material laying, and composite material grinding. The theoretical knowledge examination is conducted in a closed-book format, with questions covering the basic theories of composite materials, laying techniques, winding techniques, and workshop production norms, comprehensively testing the contestants’ knowledge reserves and professional skills. The practical projects are divided into two independents: composite material laying and composite material grinding. The entire process strictly follows the production process standards and safety operation norms, and is scored and supervised on-site by the judging panel to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the competition.
